A figure-of-eight route taking in the quieter parts of the island inland.
The route follows the downland ridges eastwards, crossing the returning figure-of-eight near Brightstone Down, to pass Carisbrook Castle. The Trail then continues to its easterly limit at Brading. The return is through Whitwell, then after touching the south coast again at Walpen Chine near Chale, it heads north west to Shorwell, crossing over the outward route to Yarmouth.

A Circular walk around the Island of 65 miles with up to 15 miles per day with shorter options. Starting and finishing at Cowes.  It is a varied walk over chalk and sandstone cliffs ,bays and saltings
Pick up Paddington rail station London at 11.00 on Sunday return Paddington following Saturday. Price Includes all coach transport from/back to London, daily to and from the path.
