Complete the booking form and send it with a deposit of £60 per person per holiday payable to 'Bobs Walking Holidays' (Once a booking is made deposits are non-refundable).

A receipt will then be issued with an invoice for the balance.
Full payment is required within 2 months of the holiday date.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
No contract exists until the booking is confirmed in writing.
If the balance is not received 2 months before the departure date I reserve the right to cancel the booking.
If you cancel the booking the following charges will apply:
Notice given
- 60 + days -> Deposit only
- 59-29 days -> 50% of total holiday cost
- 28-15 days -> 75% of total holiday cost
- 14-1 days -> 100% of total holiday cost
These conditions are in line with CPT guidelines.
If the holiday is cancelled for any reason all money paid will be refunded.
Liability will not be accepted for any expenses incurred through a late arrival at any departure point.
Any alterations to the published itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances will be sent out as soon as possible, eg change of hostel accommodation or change of the itinerary walking days due to military firing, tide times, etc. Once payment has been made in full there will be no surcharges.
COACH REGULATIONS
On the coach all luggage and belongings are carried at the owner’s risk.
Luggage and belongings must not obstruct the gangways or exits.
The driver’s decision is final in relation to the observance of all statutory requirements and regulations.
There is no guarantee that the vehicle will complete any journey at any given time.
Liability is not accepted for any loss incurred arising from unpunctuality, failure in starting, in transit and the arrival or return of any passengers, howsoever caused.
Seat belts must be worn at all times when the bus is in motion.
Bob’s Walking Holidays Trust Fund
This covers consumers as required by Article 7 of the EC Directive on Package Travel (90314/EEC).
Your money is held in a trust fund at Barclays Bank, High Street, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 1DX until your holiday contract has been fulfilled.
